Property - We are BUYERS.  We are not Realtors.  We don't charge fees or commissions.  Homeownership is a dream of many, but it can also be a nightmare for some.  We are interested in - single family homes, multi-family homes, mobile homes, mobile home parks, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, structured financial instruments and privately held mortgages and notes.
